Step #1: Please complete the following templates following these instructions.  *For current travel players, make sure player names and DOBs (Date of Birth) are uploaded EXACTLY how they are listed in the database.  Otherwise, duplicate players will be created, and birth certificates will not carry over.  Once templates are complete, please email them to [email protected].

Step #2: VYSA will send the club or league an invoice for the player registration fee and team official registration fee.
